I went to the supermarket to buy cucumbers.
Don’t sneer, I sometimes do
It was 81p each
They also had a special
Two for £2.
I asked the seller if it wasn’t a mistake
He did not see the problem.
I did

So you must be the woman standing behind me in the queue scoffing?
-
- http://dragonslightsanctuary.wordpress.com
- 05/04/2009 @ 12:36:32
scoffing what?

I can see that buying 2 cucumbers for £2 makes them £1 each which means your paying more for 2 than you would if you bought 2 each at 81p = £1.62-
- 05/04/2009 @ 12:47:47
This is more than most shopkeepers can do these days

-
- http://dragonslightsanctuary.wordpress.com
- 05/04/2009 @ 13:30:43
Maybe they do it because they made a mistake with their own stock prices in buying it and need to make money back.
Or they are REALLy stupid and need to go back to school
-
- 05/04/2009 @ 13:40:15
so what you are saying is that either they are real stupid, or they cleverly understand how stupid many clients can be
-
- http://dragonslightsanctuary.wordpress.com
- 05/04/2009 @ 13:44:57
Oh it goes deeper than that.
As you notice many shops close due to money issues and so to be able to keep the shop afloat they mark things in a certain way to accumilate money to the money store to keep the shop open.
Half of it tax and stuff like that but to be able to keep a shop open for as long as possible prices are marked in such a way ... and when the shopper is rushing around not really paying attention to the price but only sees 'Ooo £2 for 2 or 3' they think from sight that it is a bargin.
I take my time shopping and work through every little detail before even touching the product.-
- 05/04/2009 @ 13:53:35
Wow, how do you know all that? Do you manage a shop?
-
- http://dragonslightsanctuary.wordpress.com
- 05/04/2009 @ 14:11:39
I know the human mind
and the I embrace the essense of all that is.-
- 05/04/2009 @ 14:16:51
what do you mean by 'I know the human mind' I didn't think it was possible
-
- http://dragonslightsanctuary.wordpress.com
- 05/04/2009 @ 14:22:55
If you are questioning that then it may pay to really study the art of human body movement, tone of voice and seeing into a persons soul print ... Then you will Know what I mean.
-
- 05/04/2009 @ 15:12:32
so by seeing all these you understand the mind?
-
- http://dragonslightsanctuary.wordpress.com
- 05/04/2009 @ 15:20:25
My friend ... it is a Sense of Knowing ... when one is Highly sensitive to the actions of the human wave length it allows you to move in ways to not only receive but to also give in ways that benefit all.
-
- 05/04/2009 @ 15:30:53
and save all being from suffering?
-

- 05/04/2009 @ 15:41:24
Why not try asking your Higher Self ... You will receive the answer if you believe

-
- 05/04/2009 @ 15:52:41
because I don't know what the question is
-
- 07/04/2009 @ 13:25:25
you mean "the human mind" shows in "the art of human body movement" ?
-
- 07/04/2009 @ 13:29:24
In my case mind and body are unrelated
-
- 07/04/2009 @ 13:31:17
they call that 'poker face'!

-
- 07/04/2009 @ 13:32:45
or clumsiness
-
- 07/04/2009 @ 13:49:41
"Clumsiness" does not mean "mind and body are unrelated", just means they are un-deliberately poorly related,
while 'poker face' means they are deliberately poorly related, Sir.
-
- 07/04/2009 @ 13:52:58
but how would you call a clumsymind with perfectly coordinated body?
-
- 07/04/2009 @ 13:59:09
Sir, the coordination/control pathway goes from mind to body, but not from body to mind. Thus one might have inherited a beautiful body and will remain for ever a dumbass.
-
- 07/04/2009 @ 13:59:45
dumb ass is the correct spelling, sorry

-
- 09/04/2009 @ 04:11:58
not a clumsy mind, but a lazy one I observe here

-
- 09/04/2009 @ 10:05:30
nothing goes above accuracy in expressing, Sir!

-
- 10/04/2009 @ 04:17:01
how accurate is nothing?
-
- 09/04/2009 @ 04:12:41
I do wonder how you keep your balance then
-
- 09/04/2009 @ 10:02:49
what balance exactly do you mean, balance in mind, or balance in body...

-
- 10/04/2009 @ 04:16:16
I want to ride my bicycle
-
- http://dragonslightsanctuary.wordpress.com
- 07/04/2009 @ 13:34:39
No I dont mean that at all.
I mean I Know what flows through a humans mind by FEELING their essense.
It is a complex ability for some to master.-
- 07/04/2009 @ 13:41:51
was it complex for you to master, or were you born with it?
-
- http://dragonslightsanctuary.wordpress.com
- 07/04/2009 @ 13:43:15
I was born with it.
-
- 07/04/2009 @ 13:47:43
and is this someone one can learn?
-
- 07/04/2009 @ 13:46:47
You mentioned 'body movement' in connection with 'human mind', that was why I asked. Just wanted to know for what 'body movement' was relevant when you conclude upon the 'human mind'.
Btw, how do you do that "FEELING their essence", with what 'organ' of yours do you feel that exactly?-
- http://dragonslightsanctuary.wordpress.com
- 07/04/2009 @ 13:53:56
Considering the fact that we are ALL connected to each other through cosmic unity it is easy to FEEL someone's essense but tuning into your own.
The refference to body movement is made because the essense of the human mind reflects the thought patterns of the inner self ... many do not believe that when someone is being deffensive on the inside but thinks calm on the outside.
I was born like this so it is hard for me to explain unless another person has an awareness of the cosmic flow of universal connection between all beings because we are all connected.-
- 07/04/2009 @ 14:10:59
Very interesting.
-
- 09/04/2009 @ 04:10:57
I don't understand. Can you feel my essense?
-
- 05/04/2009 @ 12:41:43
I can see who needs maths!
-
- 05/04/2009 @ 12:48:50

- 05/04/2009 @ 12:47:24
May be a question of 'size'; the size of the seller's brain

-
- 05/04/2009 @ 12:50:28
You are right. I have always been fascinated by the relationship cucumbers and brain sizes
-
- 05/04/2009 @ 13:23:52
I have seen that sort of thing before,is it a trick to test us see if we are stupid or is it they that are stupid?
-
- 05/04/2009 @ 13:27:52
It happens a lot. Normally not with easy numbers though.
Normally it's 2 for this 3 for that. Etc-
- 05/04/2009 @ 14:11:18
Its amazing that they themselves are never out of pocket so maybe its a trick.
-
- 05/04/2009 @ 14:16:19
lots of trust I sense here

-
- 05/04/2009 @ 17:49:16
the economy-trend might follow a sinusoid, thus the next one will come surely (i meant)

-

a similar issue to your "cucumbers issue" I experienced once too, it was with lemons, but then the seller explained that in the '3 lemons pack'(which was more expensive) were organic lemons, while the others were 'non organic'
totally bad for you, don't buy them, buy the more expensive ones. He could not prove with no label that those in the 3pack were different- just the oposite, they had an identical label -, and then I wanted to speak to the head of department. The head of department - after I explained him what I thought about the whole practice - asked me how many lemons I wanted, I said two, and he opened one 'organic 3pack' and sold me 2 of those lemons at the cheaper single price.
I actually wanted to intervene for the whole 'organic lot' to be either labelled as organic, or lowered in price (otherwise I would write a letter in a newspaper about their price policy - and organic-swindle), but why waste the time for the 'sake of human kind'?
-
- 05/04/2009 @ 19:09:47
So what did you do with the lemons?
-
- 07/04/2009 @ 12:24:25
I used one lemon right away in the shop, while my friend was holding down the chief of department, I have squeezed the juice of one whole lemon in his eyes.
The second lemon I took home, cut it in slices, and gave the slices to my cat to play Frisbee with them. Cat was nice and tried now and them to land one of the lemon slices in my glas with gin and tonic, but those generous actions failed because I covered my glas every time I saw a lemon slice approaching.
Would you like to guess why I covered my glas?
Or, may be, why I tortured the chief of department with lemon juice?
You may only ask o n e question.
-
- 07/04/2009 @ 12:44:34
Was the chief of the department in the covered glass?
I see you decided not to use the lemon to invent the battery-
- 07/04/2009 @ 13:06:35
The chief of the department was indeed in my glas, this is why I covered the glas, I tought he had enough of the lemon juice treatment on that day – I am very human.
And I see that you asked another question, altough ‘camouflaged’ as a simple staatement. Of course I decided to use one lemon for a ‘battery invention’ – that is ‘the battering of chiefs of departments’. Then I relaxed with a gin and tonic - one invention a day was enough.
-
- 07/04/2009 @ 13:23:33
As long as your cat is happy with the solution ...
-
- 08/04/2009 @ 14:46:14
cat is 'possibly' happy - it's a Schrödinger's cat, you know

-
- 09/04/2009 @ 04:45:49
so how do you know if he is happy before you know if he is dead?
-
- 09/04/2009 @ 10:01:10
I have my secret formulas to find that out...

Oh yes I can see that too.
