Once freedom advocates agreed to let our teachers wear this outfit in the classroom (including in Muslim schools)

I would support their pledge to allow this outfit for our teachers
It appears in the daily papers, I am sure it can be found on the net as well
I once went to a catholic school run by nuns. The outfits they wore were not much different from the outfit shown below the swimsuit one.
I don't see the difference myself. Let teachers wear coveralls if they like. As long as they get the job done.
The swimsuit might be a bit chilly in normal circumstances and given the recent news story about a female teacher who was raped by a 15 year old pupil - I don't think you'll get many teachers lining up to wear a bikini in school.
But shouldn't it be teacher's choice? Should women's code of dress be made a law by the state to protect women?
The woman in question actually attended that school as a child. She was a pupil at that school. NOT A TEACHER.
She was attending a parents evening I believe for her child at that school.
She was denied admittance as she was told she was a security risk.
She could and should have been identified by a female member of staff, in private to respect her beliefs. Then of course she could be admitted with no terrorist threat.
How do I know this?
Her representative was in MY school last week. Part of a very active day with high profile members of the community from far and wide.
And what a strong, sharp, witty and intelligent woman she was...she certainly opened my eyes to cultural tolerance...or should I say the lack of it!
A woman should be entitled to wear what she wishes, however, I would definitely not teach Tennyson wearing a bikini...
A different story altogether. This was about a teacher
It is not about freedom of choice. There is nothing wrong with people covering their hair for modesty. But there is a problem with people covering their faces. I have this problem where I live. Because Muslims are doing what they want, they are becoming blacker and blacker. It's scary walking down the street. It is the other things that come with it. People do these things inside now and they don't dress in a way that draws attention. People need to see expressions on peoples faces because this people come from different backgrounds. I don't want this country to become Islamified just because in theory people should do be able to do what they want. People will end up being called non-muslims. This is not right that people should be told to kill themselves before developing a mind.
People are different. Alot of people have been hurt by this and you need to look after old generation.
We don't want to see people dressed in black. The more people can do what they want, the more bigger and blacker they will get. It's offensive and splitting people into Atheists and muslims instead of people of basically the same faith who practice in different directions. This is not an Islamic country.
People are being stupid and they don't see what comes with it. You get these horrible people as well who you wouldn't want to go near. We are not middle eastern!
People are being given choices they should not have infront of them that they forget the values our culture is built up from is basically the same so people are becoming weak. In a christian school you are supposed to be modest but not for your culture and ways onto the school. Try to go to a muslim country and change the rules. You will be killed. Muslims are segregating people into muslims and non muslims. Instead of to stand tall with respect, alot of people are becoming ill. They cannot practice their religeon anywhere peacefully. The fight to stop Islamification of the West is making people sick because everything they believe in is being destroyed by having to stand up and accept others to the point of giving up who they are. We don't go that far as to force people through fear to give up everything so these people can be better than them
There is no just or right. It's a culture war, and they use our own values to fight us. If we let it happen, we have already lost.
